A trip to China in 2019 rekindled our passion. An engaging sparring session with a teacher from the Chinese table tennis association left me invigorated, lost in the rhythmic dance of ping pong that melds focus, relaxation, and exhilaration.

Yet, upon returning to the Netherlands, the silence of the pandemic and the absence of a playing partner resonated in the quiet corners of my home. It was in this solitude that the spark for FreeBouncer was ignited. The desire to recreate the liberating experience of that sparring session in China, to feel 'in the zone' again.

FreeBouncer is not merely a product. It’s the materialization of a journey from nostalgic garage matches to an innovative solution for solo ping pong enthusiasts. It’s an escape from the monotony of daily routines dominated by desktop monitors. Each session with FreeBouncer, though challenging at times, is a liberating 20-minute dance that reawakens the physical and mental vitality, echoing the energy of that unforgettable sparring session in China.
